TDB and Oracle jointly have developed the centralized customer data management services since we announced the business tie-up in June 2005. The credit management solutions services will be launched to meet corporations' demands to: "get a clear picture of business partners and the amount of remaining claims on a company-wide basis including that of group companies" and "share customer information that is stored separately in different sections of the company." We construct the customer information database that enables the centralized credit information management and reference by integrating information on credit limit sheets and credit/debt management tables, which is stored in the existing spreadsheet software and account system software, and corporate information stored on the TDB’s database through the "Oracle Customer Data Hub" (see Figure 1). Our solutions services designed only to be used in credit management can be introduced in a short time and at low cost. Our credit management solutions realize the following three objectives: 1.Centralized management of customer/credit information -integrating the customer/credit information that has been managed in spreadsheet software and the like into a database -speeding up the access to information by clarifying where the information is stored 2.Centralized reference to credit information -reference to the updated credit information at all times -automatically installing various figures and calculating credit limits necessary to determine credit standing 3.Company-wide Sharing of credit information -sharing customer information according to information access level by adopting reference rights Our credit management solutions also allow corporations to use the solutions as accurate customer information necessary to credit management, and as original analysis data for extension to business management system, marketing data warehouse and customer analysis system.
